More to the point. EFOI up 10. CABN ended up 5. NPWZ down 18. Catch them at the bottom. ALTI down 10. I was premature earlier. That's pretty much an axiom in'it? BFRE down another 16. VLNC down 5. And FDEI ended up down 10. Can anyone tell me why?

Other stuff. The government's sued over Cape Wind decision. 2 major power plants went down in Northeast on Thursday I guess what, storms? O yea, tornados.
