Something really odd going on at FDEI. They jumped up 33 in 4 minutes from open on news last night that they picked up another $200M+ contract from the South African connect. Now down 22, over 50% from today's top. So what do they know that they're not telling anyone.

Strange too at NTCXF. Announced Monday that they're in business in China and product ready to ship in 10 months. Down 8 more today, over 20 from Monday. ECOS back down 18.

QTMM, PSRU up 15. WNDT up 10. ECNG up 9.
