Market up 78/8/6. Volume very light. Oil back up near $90.

ECB offering loans to Euro banks. France, Germany saying they will rescue Greece. US industrial production up .2% in Aug, more than forecast; factories up .5%.

PPRW up 41. NPWZ up 31. AEBF up 12 on 200 shs. EFOI up 7. DLYT up 6 in turn back up.

MGLT down 62. Just their trading range. Go figure. AMSC filed criminal, civil charges against Sinovel for theft of intellectual property, breach of contracts. Down 13. ENZR down 11. BWEN, UBRG down 4. JASO, GTAT, ASYS, HEV down 3. HEV new low.

CCGI partnering with USA Parking Systems for nationwide rollout of EV charging stations. Stock flat, 100 shs traded. Another report says EV batt production will surge to double demand. And, finally, Aixtron cut guidance on LED stocks on weak demand. Tough slogging for anything clean lately except wind and NG transportation speculation.

BWEN down 6 now after opening up again. Bottoming, I do believe.
