Govt to OK geothermal plants in national parks. I'm thinking Yellowstone.

Administration launched trade case with EU and Japan against China over rare earth and other raw materials. Taking it to WTO. But manufacturers that require rare earths have already moved factories to China. Too late, BO.

NREL to invest with NTCXF in $150K "Black Silicon" research.

Senate rejected 1603, PTC amendment. They have till the end of the year, though damage will be done in intervening months.

Crude glycerin superior to molasses for cattle feed: new research. I remember going to get molasses for our cattle in Colorado back in the late '80's. We would mix it in with the grain. I didn't ask to find out the cost though. I only owned part of the spray plane.
