China capping their domestic coal production until '15. Output will be kept within 3.9B metric tons/y.

NWestern U engineers have made graphene electrode that allows lith-ion batts to store 10x as much power, charge 10x faster. U of TX scientists have made graphene invisibility cloak. Israeli army using graphene to make invisible missiles. 3 US comps, I've found (Google search, duh), that produce graphene. But none, apparently, with public stock.

Inter-American Development Bank dealt out $736M for long-term finance of green investments in Latin Am, Carib in '11. Similar amount expected for '12. Only $663M similar investments from '00-'10.

Europe banks hold 2.5x the assets of US banks. And EU banks need cash. They have to sell almost $2T of assets. Likely will take a decade. Sold only $97B from '03-'10.
