Maybe on Birmingham deal (see STUFF). There's a lot of stealth going around. Cards held close to the vests. No big volume though. But good volume. VLNC up 11. 2-day surge off bottom that hit 50-day lines and came back. Volume surge was days ago. NTCXF up 7. Surge at April-May border. They are on a line going up since March.
