PTOS down 23. HOKU down 15. NPWZ, SATC down 13. NPWZ at bottom of recent trading range, on its bottom (200) line. SATC a new bottom. CWET down 11. ECTY, KIOR down 10, both new bottoms. CABN down 9. CSUN down 7.
