STUFF

Well, we are minus 2 terrorists. Though 1 so far left to answer questions. Home grown in Boston. What happened to make those guys go over the edge? Lots of questions. Like, after running over his brother, how did #2 get outside the perimeter? What a show, though. 5 days. Not the 11 years it took to get bin laden. We're getting pretty better. Course, they were crazy stupid not to get the hell out of Boston or the country. But way to go USA and Boston. And let's pray for some comfort for our fellow families who lost someone dear or those injured Monday or later on.

Volkswagen launched enviro initiative in China. Over 2/3 of 9.8B Euro to be invested by '15 in high efficiency products, resource conserving production. Largest investment program in China's auto history. 7 new plants, 5 to start production this year.

FCEL ramping up to 70Mw run rate by May 1. Up 25%. Demand from 15Mw fuel cell park in Conn, overseas, strong project pipeline.

Mississippi 3rd state to sue BP over GOM spill.

Bonneville Power plan would share cost of wind power shutdowns. Cost would be ~$10M up to $50M with extreme peak spring runoff. Iberdrola says proposal "not there yet ... for fair, lawful solution for region."

1st landfill methane-to-el project in OK. American Environmental Landfill's 3.2Mw, $8M plant. 2 20-cylinder Caterpillar engines power generator. 70 acre site can expand to 210 for 5Mw. Landfill produces ~1,350CF meth/minute. Montauk Energy developed.
