PBEC now down 63. Was lower. WWEI went back to no gain. PSRU down 18 on big volume. Bid now higher than ask, both higher than last trade. VUOC down 10. SPWRA down 4, under $10. PWAZ down 59. As usual. NCEN up 14. NACF up 20. 4th day of their rally. EVSO up 10. EFOI down 16. Under $2. Near the bottom of their month-long rally line. And as I wrote that sentence, it bounced back over $2. I'm feeling it's a buy. Keep an eye.
