UBRG up 37 on a report on their growth (NG pipelines, etc). EVCA up 33. WWEI up 26. SNRY up 11. ECOS up another 6, was much higher at open. FCEL up another 6. ZOLT up 5. A new high, breaking out. LSCG up 1, got contract for street lighting in D.C.
