STUFF

Talk about energy efficiency. Our building switched over to air conditioning during an 80-degree heat wave last week. No switch back to central heat, tho, in this week's cold spell in the 40's and 50's. So we are heating our apartments with our electric stoves. Can't make this stuff up. May have a talk with management.
