GA doubled its solar tax credit to $5M/y for '12, '13, '14. Businesses can get up to $500K credit taken over 4 yrs for installing solar PV system. Homeowners $10.5K.

Will force major restructuring of power gen, steel making and shrinking of global econ will follow. World Coal Institute, tho, says coal use will rise 60% over next 20 yrs and coal will last at least another 120 yrs, but not giving any production figs. EIA projects coal use for power will grow >50% by '35 unless slowed by emissions control policies.
