Build the dam things. O yea, Nissan just got a $1.4B US loan to build a lith-ion battery plant in Tennessee for the Leaf and probably other models and makers. The $1.4B is part of the $25B for advanced vehicles passed by Congress in '07. '07. Did I say '07.
