Indonesia plans to build 4GW of coal plants to power Singapore. Planned '14 start. Indonesia has large suppply of coal, little demand. They're also looking toward 9GW from geothermal by '25.

USDA gave $3M to White Energy to help it transition 118M gal/yr ethanol plants in TX away from corn to animal fats, cotton seed, veg and soybean oils, milo and wheat starch. USDA handed out $8.5M to TX producers for such transitions.

Burge $200M Argentine project to begin clearing land in next 2 weeks for country's largest eth plant. 18-month build for 37M gal/yr. Last year, Argentina only reached 2% of 5% eth mandate. Burge also recently bought 35% stake in Indonesian palm oil comp. And last year expanded into Brazil sugar industry.
