PSEG Solar Source bought 15Mw Delaware solar project from juwi solar for $50M. Will be largest solar farm in state with 4Q completion. 5th US solar project built by juwi for PSEG.

Georgia Solar Utilities plans to build up to 2Gw of solar in GA by '16. Asked state PSC to be considered a regulated utility. Want to start with 80Mw farm. To op as utility, comp must win state, fed approvals and gain transmission rights to grid. Process in GA takes 6 months or more.

Sunlight Partners (AZ) wants to build two 5Mw projects in NC. Rough rule of thumb: 6 acres/Mw of silicon solar panels.

Americans now work 160 more hours/yr than 20 years ago. Do the math.

Vermont brought solar permitting costs down to zero. Homeowners only need to "register" their system, no permit needed.
