GreenWhey Energy to open $28M anaerobic digester plant in Wisc to convert cheese byproducts wastes into el, heat and fertilizer. Combining wastewater treatment plant to bring the waste from 5 cheese factories and soy ingredient plant. 3.2Mw of el. Fed grant to pick up ~1/4 of cost - $28M total. Heat pumped back to factories. $3.4M bridge loan from state until fed grant.
