Makes biocrude, then biofuels from normal refinery tech. Another plant 3x larger in plans. With scale up, total cost per gallon drops to $5.95 in '13, $3.73 in '14, $2.62 in '15. Next gen tech estimated to produce 72 gallons of biocrude per ton of wood biomass.
