URRE up 26 on news. NPWZ up 13. EFOI bounced back up 11. AFPW, DSTI up 10. FSLR up 4 after Goldman gave 6-month target of $90.
VNDB down 25. ACPW down 16 after preliminary quarter results. Hit new low. GSPI down 14. QTMM down 13. AONE down another 5. CSIQ down 4, hit new low. CSUN down 2 more, another new low.
