STUFF

FL regulators approved a $196M rate increase for FPL to pay for POSSIBLE nuke plants and upgrades. Cost to customers >$2/MW, up from 33 cents/month.

Yingli seeing surge in sales in Germany and acceleration in Italy. Panel prices have dropped 40% lately.

Bridgelux got $15M more from VC's to accelerate R&D on their gallium nitride-on-silicon LED chip tech. Lighting a $100B industry. $200M invested to date in Bridgelux. $32M in revs last year expected to hit $80M this yr. Switch to solid state lighting, sapphire to silicon.

And there really wasn't much more news today. That happens.
