Market mixed and flat. But volume was double normal. Options expirations made for some wild moves. Oil steady at $94. House approved $1T omnibus bill. Fitch downgraded France, reviewing others.
NEWN up 36. BIOF up 27. PEIX only up 7. ZNNMF up 26. But very thin volume. AMTX, NGBF up 18, both biofuel comps. QTMM up 15. ZIP up 11. BWEN up 6. They did turn back up. I mentioned that yesterday.
FDEI down 58. ABAT really got dumped, down 48. QTWW down 35. ENER down 24. CRGE down 23. AMLM down 22, new low. IFXY down 14. PSPW down 13. LSCG down 11 more, new low. Keep an eye on them. Maybe affected by Congress attempt - not sure if they did or not - to cancel out lighting efficiency standards. APWR down 10. ASTI down 8, new low. CSUN down 7, new low.
