The CO2 pipeline and storage site expected to cost $550M. Plant projected online in '16. Alliance supported by $1B from Am Recov and Reinvest Act (Obama surplus).
1.1M tons of CO2 captured from ADM ethanol plant in IL has been pumped a mile down into sandstone storage. The $96M project was funded in '07.
