THURSDAY OPEN

(stock #'s in %)

Market up 78/7/7. Volume above avg. Oil $95. Iraq war over. That's plenty to celebrate. They'll be home for Christmas. Good luck Iraq.

TMEN up 33. Completed reverse-osmosis plant for US base. CRGE up 25. ABAT up another 24. They weren't done. Heading for triple within days. ENSL up 20. CSKH, KIOR up 16. KIOR on upgrade. IFXY, QTMM, JUHL up 12. IFXY on news. OOIL up 9 on news. NENE up 7.

MGLT down 27. PEIX down 15 more. Back to 50-day lines. I'd say buy, but their subsidies expire end of year. BIOF down 12, also back to 50-days (for 2nd time). APWR, CSGH down 11. FSLR down 9 more. Citi says they're ripe for being taken private or buyout. Goldman gave them an upgrade. BWEN down 8 more. I'd say wait to buy when they get back to 50-day lines (not far).

Dow now up only 34, Naz down.
