CanPacific ready to begin shipping 35kb/d and expect it to grow to 150k over next few years. ONEOK planning 200kb/d Bakken to Cushing (OK) pipe due online in '15. Enbridge investing $3B in pipe from Chicago to Cushing, adding 585kb/d to current capac.
