URRE down 22 on nuclear issues (Japan, call for moratorium). WWPW down 11. AMSC down 8 more, new 12-month low, on news of purchase. Probably a buy in here. POWR down another 7, another new low. COMV down 4 more, another new low. CSIQ down 4 more while other Chinese solars up.
PWER up 8. NPWZ up 8. HSOL up 6. JASO up 4.
