ICPR up 38. GWSC up 25. FDEI up 22. WTWO up 16. JUHL up 14 on financing/project news. WNEA up 13. NGBF, ECOS up 9. EVCA up 8. EFOI up 4. Went over that last 200-day line and now back at it.
ALTI down 26 on news of new stock/warrant issue. MDTL down 17. AONE down 11 on news their revs will be reduced because of the auto factories' slowdown in Japan. NENED dipped to $2.06, now back to $2.29. Bottoming, possibly.
