Market mixed. Dow up 14. The others flat. Volume light. Oil up $2, over $106. Biz activity in US expanded faster than forecast in March.
MGLT up 59. CCGI up 25. TSLA up 17 on an upgrade. JUHL up 15. They're working a lot of contracts. ICPR, NPWZ up 11. SOPW, AFPW up 10. 70% of SOPW was bought by LDK Solar. ABAT up 2. They hit $1.50 and swung back. I guess, if agile, it would've been touchable today after all. But if you check out the CEO's response letter today, he answers none of the fraud charges. Pretty typical.
CYBL, MDTL down 15. SLPO down 12. AMLM down 10. EVCA down 9. JASO down 1. Can't get over the lines. EFOI flat.
