DOE selected IL site for C sequester for Future Gen project. 32 miles from seldom-used oil-fired plant that will be converted to coal w/ O2 fuel plant yielding almost pure CO2 exhaust. Goal to inject 1.3M tons CO2/year for 30 yrs. Eventually so much pressure in reservoir it will turn to liquid. IL will have ultimate financial responsibility. Another sequest demo already started in WV on Ohio River.

Spain boosting biofuels blending to 7% for '11 from 4.8% in '10. Roughly to be E10, B8 nationwide. More food off the tables and higher prices for the food for the tables. Partly why the world is revolting. How do we stop this insanity?
