Market mixed. Volume normal. Oil up over $100. OPEC left quotas unchanged. Couldn't reach consensus. And Bernanke says the slow recovery needs sustained stimulus. I guess QE3 cometh.
AFPW up 9. UBRG up 4 on news.
LEXG down 13 more. PSPW down 9. COMV down 7 more, under $3. CCTC down 7. BYDDF down 3 more, new low, under $3. WEST down 3, dipped under $2. Should bottom out today, their new AC module at the show that opens today in Germany. CSUN down 3 more, new low, near $2. APWR down another 3. CREE, ITRI down 1, both hitting new lows.
